Technical Marketing checklist for Laravel apps

Laravel applications are frequently let down not by content quality but by technical Marketing basics that get skipped during development: missing meta tags, unoptimised images, slow server response times, and poorly structured URLs.

The highest-impact fixes we apply on almost every project are server-side rendering of meta titles and descriptions per route (rather than a single static title), an XML sitemap generated from actual route data, proper canonical tags to avoid duplicate content issues, and image optimisation pipelines that serve modern formats like WebP.

Core Web Vitals deserve particular attention. Laravel's default configuration is reasonably fast, but caching strategy, database query counts per page, and asset bundling choices in Vite all meaningfully affect Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift scores.

None of this is exotic — it is mostly discipline applied consistently across every route, which is why a checklist approach works better than treating Marketing as a one-off project.
